Our Story

Owners Tiffany and Cullen Houser, who grew up in the Rochester & Byron area, decided to take the leap on a new venture they were passionate about and make it a reality. Working in the customer service industry nearly their whole lives, they decided to take a different twist on their norm and fuze cultures, family, and cuisine together. Stemming from family values, they saw a beautiful opportunity to create a space that already had family gatherings and comfort written all over it, and make it thrive with a better purpose. Now their main dream is to bring the whole community together through food, drink, and entertainment, with a place for people to call their second home.  Tiffany, a Victoria's Restaurant & Wine Bar veteran of 22 years, has always loved the restaurant & service industry, taking everything she has learned from her mentor Natalie Victoria to heart.  Coming from a family restaurant and creating a family atmosphere with a similar love and passion is what she wants and desires more than anything. Tiffany's vision is to bring all ethnicities and cultures together in the community, and what better way to do it through the shared love of food? 

Being open for just a short amount of time, Tiffany and Cullen have discovered the EXTREME challenges in bringing many different cultures together in the same space. Identifying and respecting the diversity in multiple aspects, they still plan on moving forward with this creative FUSION idea. Since her mentor Natalie might call her "scatter brained," what else is more fitting? She knows the criticism will come at full blast blending cultures and mixing cuisine, all while trying to keep the core authentic, but her heart is fully in it, and she is up for the challenge.
